LibBabble-Artifacts-3.0 is meant to aid in the localization of Archaeology projects (commonly known as artifacts)
Currently sitting in the approval queue but perfectly usable;
enUS, frFR, ruRU, deDE, esES/esMX and ptBR translations complete, East Asian translations missing (koKR, zhCN, zhTW)

Side note: For an example of an off-line artifact database using LibBabble-Artifacts-3.0 you can look at latest Archy files (Artifacts.lua)
that includes a facility for showing uncompleted artifacts for the user.
