@UFl2k: I need some more Information about the crashes you have (error Message, Screenshot, What you did etc.).
Also double check your curse/wowace Credentials! I don't detect (by now) if they are correct or not. If they aren't you just see the "Download Link incorrect" in the Log.
Looks like iU doesn't like special characters like §$%&/() in the password. Changed it and now he gets the download links for wowace as well.
However, crashes still happen right after iU finished downloading:
Scanning for addons and scanning for updates works just fine, however a crash happens as soon as iU starts downloading, no special error message except the standard windows message that an error occurred and this application has to be shut down.
this looks realy promissing! updater with NEW wowace repo download support!, i get crashes during update on vista64 tho + it doesnt detect all my addons for some reason...
Seems like a nice updater but when I update all addons with it there version numbers do not update and it will try update them again if I update all again.
This is downloading off of curse.com right? it's not pulling down alphas and betas from wowace/curse? .... because that's what it looks like?
well for me it decets most from wowace.com/projects... for ex. GridStatusMissingBuffs there is r51 on wowace.com/projects while on curse there is still latest "old" acesvn version (80k something), sadly when you try to update you get
GridStatusMissingBuffs 3.0.2.00 (TOC) r51
10:24:52.907 Thread #5: Updating GridStatusMissingBuffs from wowace
10:24:57.449 Thread #5: Download Link for GridStatusMissingBuffs incorrect
everything that should download from wowace, gives incorrect links :<

That happens when your wowace credentials aren't correct.
After some testing it seems like your password mustn't contain any special characters as well (stuff like !"§$%&/()=?)
@UFl2k: You wrote "Visual Studio Debugger says". So I guess you have Visual Studio installed ;) Are you interrested in the source and help me detect/fix the Problems you have (können wir übrigens auch in deutsch machen, komme aus der Schweiz ;) ).
@Mesinga: Can you try downloading the addons one after another and tell me where it crashes? Or does it crash on any addon?
@solor: Yep, Addons not in the "mappings" file don't get displayed. I will fix this soon where you see which addons needs mappings (and report them to me please so I can add them)
@Morgalm: It's still an Alpha, I don't check versions yet and download addons everytime you "update" them.
@OrionShock: It does download alphas and betas from wowace/curseforge. I will later add an option to use only releases from curse.
@solor: Double and tripple check your credentials! I don't check them. It just does not work if they are incorrect. And I'll fix the "Special char" Bug soon.
@Theik: Did you set the curse/wowace credentials in the settings?
Edit: Oh and I renamed it back from iUpdate to Waddu. That is because there is already a project called iUpdate on sourceforge/googlecode.

well i wanted to make my own mappings for all addons that are on wowace/project (since i prefere updating from there, then from curse), but since i have problems with crashing client on vista64 and incorrect links i didnt bother for now

well i did, i reloged couple of times, i might try to make new account later just for this purpose also... this might be compleatly system issue also since im using vista64+ie8.0beta2 (ill try from my other computer bit later...)
EDIT: im big idiot, download links works indeed, was compleatly my stupidity why i was geting incorrect download links (lack of reading skills ;)), but i still get application crash during download process tho on both vista64/32 with same error as UFl2k is geting
@solor: Great that it is working now. I think I have fixed most of the crashes, I'll post a new download Link later on. If you do create mappings, it would be great if you could send them to me.
@Phylox : Thanks, and also for you, if you see Addons not yet supported (they will be painted red in the next alpha), please report them to me.
Changelog:
- Show unhandled Addons in a bright red (please report them to me)
- Propably fixed the curse login with Special Chars (please test)
- Fixed old Addon deleting
- Fixed move to Trash on Vista64Bit
- Added more Mappings
- Catched some more Exceptions
when i start waddu not having wow installed in c:\program files\...
it first gets me an error stating that there is no wow installed ...
after confirming the errordialog it lets me set the correct path ... and then runs fine ..
The Addons not beeing updated you can see in the attachments ...

Screenshot of iU:
Screenshot of the error message:
Visual Studio Debugger says:
UAC is disabled, so thats not the problem.
Any idea how a install momo with ubuntu so that i can see if this will work, still very new to linux but love it so far hehe :)
Harpz
edit: figured out why because they are not in http://www.flauschig.ch/transfer/mappings.xml also when it updates from wowace it says that download links are incorrect ;<
