I know this but you cant say me that so mutch more memory (4times more!) is only because of the first "double" load of ace2 files or libs. Btw. ct-mailmod dont uses/need any libs or ace(2) or seperate dependancies like BulkMail.
You don't seem to understand how this stuff works.
The gist of it is, Warmup does not speak albsolute truth at all. This is what the author of Warmup says!
There is no significant memory difference at all. Bulkmail is in reality, roughly the same size as CTMail and has more sending features (Autosend items, autosend whole categories of items, bag slot highlighting)
Example about the memory usage with Ace2 and warmup. Warmup says that OneBag uses up 790ish kb of memory. Doing tests to see the difference in memory usage during runtime I only see both OneBag and OnView using up about 450kb
So you see Warmup's numbers are not accurate representations.
For the moment, ignoring what memory is or isn't being used, what dependancies are or aren't needed, and which addons do or don't replicate this functionality...
Add MailTo features (refering to the addon by Vincent2 of Blackhand).
If Grennon Mail integrated information tracking, along with a display of items sitting in alternate characters' mailboxes, Grennon would be lauded as a hero! Fanciful dirges would be composed and sung, and flowers would raid down from the sky, as the rivers filled with ash and char.
I still dont have open selected and open all working. Hehe, this is still early alpha level.
If you notice, the mass mail screen does waste a lost of space that could be taken up by more item slots. So adding more than 21 items shouldnt be a big deal.

Oh i was just more thinking using a similar approach like Bulkmail where you simply get a list in which you can put an infinite amount of items in :)

Doth mine ears deceive me?! Mass sending, mass opening, sent/receved mail tracking (a la maillog), and mail tracking (a la offlinemail)?!
Ah no.. please keep the item-view.. really, do you remember a Situation were you needed to send more then 21 items? :)
Unfortunately yes, even with 10 18-slot bags i'm still not able to store much on my character so i usually have 100-200 mails on alts. But if he adds more slots than there already is then it should probably be alright.
guild and friend autocomplete are standard WoW interface now... I'd hope they work pretty well... :)
Thanks man. CT_Mailmod still does autocomplete its own way it turns out. I didnt even know native UI had this functionality. Its been faithfully stripped out (yay, 40 lines less code).
i cant find ExpressMail anywhere, actually point me to it :) in the meantime waiting for this mod release ill go try bulkmail til someone posts a link to express :)
Hi,
Could you combine with this mod? So I can remove it.
This mod is add a drop down menu after mail receiver name editbox, it's friends and guildmates list for easy input. Design by me, but I hope you can combine into GMail.
Thanks.

Honestly, it sounds like BulkMail is more for you. Thats moreso aimed at routinely mass-sending of things (hence the auto-destination and the like.)
Still impressed with GMail thou Grennon. Its the one last thing that my friends / guildies are holding onto CT_* for.

Yeah i know, i just don't like needing both CT_MailMod and BulkMail just because i have so many mails to handle, but alas the BulkMail author don't believe the purpose of his addon to be inbox management which, for a lot of bankmailers, is essential.
But hey another ace'd addon is always worth the install.
Well, Express Mail already handles quick looting of mail.
So...
ExpressMail - Quick looting of mail
BulkMail - Quick sending of mail
Gmail - CT_MailMod Replacement
Bulk+Express and Gmail seem like two totally differant options to me.
_________________________________________________Grennon, I'm getting this error with the latest SVN when I type a name in the "To" field.
[14:59-382] [string "GMailNameEditBox:OnChar"]:2: attempt to call method `SendMailFrame_SendeeAutocomplete' (a nil value)

Should be fixed in the latest push. Expect more errors though as I try updated the old CT code to updated API. It looks like the CT team basically only updates the toc file and fixes CT mailmod when it breaks.

I really like BulkMails abillity to send more than 21 mails but still be able to use the mailcollection features in the inbox.
Btw, a thing i don't see in addons is mass-cod'ing items is it because it's not possible that they don't allow it?
