The time for freezing trap (3355) is invalid. For pve the trap now has a 60s duration, I am not sure what the pvp duration is.
Also as mentioned in the comments on the main project page, 3 poly forms are missing: 28271 (turtle), 28272 (pig), and 61305 (cat). For quick reference for you for looking up durations, the main polymorph is 118.
