A long time ago, I switched from Titan to Fubar. I had a reason, but I no longer remember what it was. It was something, though, that made Fubar in some sense a better choice. Smaller memory footprint, more efficient code, better selection (for me, anyway) of plugins, something. So it occurs to me to wonder why, if I'm going to abandon Fubar, I should switch back to Titan. <shrug>
I haven't even tried the curse client yet - because I'm on a Mac, and the Mac version they say they're working on is not yet available. Anyone know when it will be available?
It looks to me like the site regexp file needs updating. I took a look at it, but I've forgotten what little I knew about regexps, so I guess I'll have to wait for someone else to figure it out. :-)
It appears that something has changed on Curse recently, because all of my curse files are coming up as "not found".
Interesting. I just noticed that the Mac-standard "Edit" menu does not exist in WUU. Nor are the standard cut, copy, and paste keystrokes available. :-(
The Missing Dependency check is only for WoWAce Addons and because of this it uses a couple of files from the WoWAce site to identify what the dependencies are. In the case of Sorren Timers there is an earlier version on WoWAce which has Parser-3.0 as a dependency, this is why it is being flagged at the moment.
Hi Jncl,
Seems an odd design decision to make, but never mind. Thanks for the info. :-)
Ignore it I can do. Or turn it off. Hmm. Just out of curiousity, why should it make any difference where the addons WUU checks for this come from? Isn't it more a question whether the toc file is properly formatted and completed? Or is something else going on?
I doubt it's cowtip. I'm using that, and many other mods, several of which you are apparently also using, inlcuding postal. Check out the debugging guide.

I wasn't aware of the apparently very significant overhaul of Titan. Guess I'll have to check it out.

Which just goes to show that, as an operating system, Vista is broken.
