Is there anyway to get this to work with TotemTimers? I'm guessing not since it creates its own buttons. I noticed that the default Shaman presets have some nice totem presets to help you see if the group needs a certain buff totem or not.
Looking to replace ZOMG, trying out Cork but it's a little too limited for me. Came across this and read the Curse faq but still have a few questions....
- Plan on using this on my resto Druid. Will it cast thorns on myself when solo, but only on tanks when in groups?
- Can you set it to warn a set amount of time before the buffs actually expire (30 seconds for example)
- What kind of warnings can this give? Can sounds be played, or can the icon be set to blink/flash, etc?
Anyone know of a simple totem bar addon that can do a few things that the default blizz totem bar can't...
-Auto flyout on hover, instead of having to click on yellow triangles
-Cast a totem in the totem menu on left click, instead of setting it to the bar.
If you want to cast a totem from a menu it takes three clicks using blizzards totem bar. It should only take one.
I've looked around and tried a few different 3.2 compatible totem bar addons. aTotemBar was too much like the blizz one, taking multiple clicks. FloTotemBar is nice, but it does not collapse.
Right now I'm using TotemTimers because it seems to be the only one that will let you one click totems in a menu. It does way more than I want though, and I don't really like how it displays/casts the totem shown in the mini icon.
Hoping there is an addon that can handle totem menus similar to how TotemTimers does, but without all the extra modules.

a few things i would like to see that were features in the fubar plugins that were similar to this addon:
-option to hide battlegrounds from recommended instances
-option to set how many levels you want to see below or above you. for example setting the level threshold to 3 on a lv 30 character would only show you zones and instances that are 27-33. on my lv 70 characters i only want to see zones/instances that are 67-70.
both of these would help to clean up the tooltip display for those of us that want to.
got this error today when i was in arathi basin, not sure what triggered it:
ZOMGBuffs-65478\\ZOMGBuffs.lua:3864: attempt to index field 'db' (a nil value)\n\n
first error i have ever gotten from zomgbuffs, so i assume its one of the recent builds causing the error. only option i have changed with most recent build is to not show the zomgbuffs name on the icon (even though it still seems to be displaying even with the option off).
my updater is pulling down the portals module incorrectly. it is putting an empty folder called zomgbuffs_zomgportals into the addons folder, and the correct portals folder is in the zomgbuffs main folder. i keep having to manually fix it after every update. could we get a fix for the folder structure?
i have unchecked casting failures and spell misses for my druid, but it seems they still get announced for rebirth (accidentally cast it when it was on cooldown once) and sometimes for hibernate. not sure if it happens with the other druid spells too or not.
I'm having a strange problem. I play a resto druid and I often run with a certain warrior tank. I use Grid, GridStatusLifebloom, GridSideIndicataors, GridStatusRaidDebuff, SpellReminder, Clique, and ZomgBuffs to handle my healing and buffing needs.
The problem is that both ZomgBuffs and my GridStatusLifeBloom timer do not like this certain warrior. I have played with many people and the problems only occur with this one character. To be more specific:
-ZomgBuffs will not let me track thorns on the warrior. I can cast it on him, but it will not check the box and warn me when it fades on him.
-The LifeBloom timer will not countdown when I cast LifeBloom on the warrior. It just stays stuck at 6.8 or 6.6.
Like I said, both of these problems only happen for this one character, both addons work just fine for every other player I have played with.
Has anyone else seen or heard of this problem, and can maybe shed some light on a solution?
so i'm using the now instead of SBC cause i wanted a little more control over the display (wanted more of a fubar type display). only two things i would like to see
-displaying of addons that don't have icons in a different manner. currently, such addons look a little weird when placed on a bar. maybe give such addons some kind of a default icon would work well? or change their justification?
-do you have any plans to let the user put a bin inside of another bin? would be nice to put a button bin inside of a fubar like bar.
other than, i love it :D easy to setup and i really like the way it looks.
NeoTron, I find ButtonBin extremely nice addon that not only looks great but solves the need to manually arange the brokers, just perfect. I have some issues with it however - I simply can't get some brokers to show, for example StatBlock_FPS, StatBlock_Latency, StatBlock_XP, Broker_SysMon. In general I can't get any info about the XP/fps/latency. The brokers show on the perferences of ButtonBin and I can enable/disable then but nothing changes. I have 7 more broker things that are working perfectly :( What I'm doing wrong?
i just tried this for the first time and had the same problem. uncheck "hide buttons without icons" and they should show up.
