I was thinking that it might be nice to be able to have an event appear on multiple scroll areas, and have the choice of showing up as both sticky and non-sticky.

For example, I might like to see killing blows in both the notification and outgoing scroll areas, as sticky and non-sticky respectively.

I would definitely like to see my critical hits as both sticky and non-sticky both in the outgoing scroll area.

But... why? I could maybe see the killing blows thing or maybe notifications (Riposte! Hammer of Wrath! Raptor Strike!, etc).. but to show you're critical hits twice...?

MetaHud is about the same as DHUD. But I don't think it's going to be much better performance wise.

The Rep bars are currently colored the same as they appear in the BlizzUI. I think you are refering to coloring them the colors we have come to associate with them: Red:Hostile Yellow:Neutral Green:Friendly Blue:Revered Purple:Exalted.

For the record I want this too

Exactly, bars colored and white text...

Use the DogTag: RepColor. So, [RepReaction:RepColor]

Edit: Nevermind, that says bars not text. Either way that's how you would change the text color!

You should have waterfall - it's a library.

Niagra is the only addon I know of that acts as a frontend for Waterfall, so one isn't much use without the other :P

Up until lastnight I never used Niagra. But I've decided to replace DueceCommander with Niagra because some of the addons I use extend the menu out way too far to keep track of.

The problem is if an addon is written poorly other authors, or people that know more about the coding than the author, rarely help the author to the greatest of their ability.

I see lots of posts saying "Use the search function to find your answer." or you get people who just blurt out the solution without actually helping the author learn anything (which I would like to say is just as bad if not worse than have the author search). Very few people have the time or patience to sit down and coach the author and help them learn the way to do what they want done.

I originally thought that's what this site/forum was about. Authors helping other authors create solid addons. Too many times you see people not wanting to help out with already existing addons to improve them and just going about their way and creating new addons that do the same thing. Or they create "light weight" addons that only have the features they want, release it, and then don't want to take in user feedback because "it's how I want the addon to be".

I think the definition of this place, and the addon community, needs to be re-evaluated and people need to remember that we're all on the same team.

Also, I rambled a lot and I'm sure not much of the above makes a lot of sense and I'm also sure I repeated a thing or two. I have a candy bar.

Yep. Can't confirm 100%, but on my level 8 Blood Elf Priest it returns Friendly with Silvermoon City.

I didn't really look through all 7 pages for this, if it's within please tell me and I will.

I'm looking for a tag to show the current standing of my watched faction. I looked on the tags page and only say information on the current factions name, and reputation (cur, max, percent). If it's not possible now; any chance of making it possible?

    I have one request:

Don't tag any mods written with it '-Joker-', as people do now with '-Ace2-'.

What library a mod is written in shouldn't matter for the end user. Who wrote the mod makes a bigger difference.

Why does this even matter? You said it yourself: It doesn't matter what library a mod uses, so why should it matter if they tag or don't tag their addon?

Turn up the throttling. This will only show ticks from X effect every N seconds.

    Great Mod.

    But, i have a problem.

Someone knows as the notification of the end of the cd is obtained of the trinket?
When a trinket and ready to be used?

    Thx.

i know your trying really hard to ask a question; but could you try that again in English..

-if ur ESL, then im sorry.

They're asking if it's possible to have a notification go off when a trinket is ready. It wasn't that hard to understand..

I think I read somewhere that parts of it could be recreated, while parts of it can't. I just think it's a matter of someone getting around to picking the project up.
