I'm having problems editing the Texts with this new configuration window..

I don't see them show up for anything except the Player.. when I try Target, Target's Target, Party Target.. etc.. there's nothing listed.

I'm trying to get my name text set up properly for the ToT window.. but I can't seem to find where to edit it with it not showing up.

    Any ideas?

Here's a picture: http://x.w3rd.org/pitbull-text-menu.bmp (sorry for the .bmp format)

try redownloading. libs should be fixed up now - hopefully that will fix it.

the dependencies are fixed, but there's still a ton of errors for cart, fubar, and pitbull atm :(

After that last update I'm getting a LOT of errors.. more than I was before.. the PitBull unitframes are black (weren't before this last update once I installed the libraries), and I can see the Blizzard Unitframes behind them.

Here's some of the errors I'm getting (but not all):

Congrats on the release, I apparently just upgraded to it when doing a mass-update through WAU.. Having some problems now (I'll use your link, but am posting them here as well):

After updating with WAU (without externals), I'm getting a bunch of errors.. PitBull no longer loads, and I'm seeing the default Blizzard Unit Frames.

Seems like there are quite a few libs missing and that's what's causing at least some of the problems.. strange, I have WAU set to auto-download dependencies..

    ** UPDATE **

All fixed now, just install all of the LibRock packages.. for FuBar, make sure you look at the errors (Get BugSack or something) and just download the libraries it needs.. for some reason WAU isn't downloading them as a dependency for either.

All of my settings are exactly the same, configuration is just through the Rock Configuration menu instead of a PitBull Icon.

Thanks, didn't even see this forum. I'll try to the solutions in the thread and report back

And no, for the record, I'm using 32 bit XP Pro

Ever since I got my new computer and reinstalled WAU, the program continually crashes.. whether or not I click anything, but almost always at the end of updating

Not sure if this is the right place for the thread, so feel free to move it, but I'm sick of the crashing and am looking for a fix.. I don't know how to post the "Error Report" that's generated by Windows..

    any ideas?

@moonwitch: having libs all in one folder in unsupported and will cause *all* of your libraries to load into memory instead of most of them being load on demand. If you're concerned about the number of folders in your addons folder, then don't bother with it. Or just don't use !!SAL and have WAU set to "automatic dependency download", "default without externals", and reinstall all addons. (Note: if that doesn't get rid of your libs inside your addons, then have it "skip version check" and select "download selected addons WITHOUT externals".)

@motivez: any load time saved is minimal and usually not noticed by the user. Go pee, get a drink, or pet the dog while your game is loading.

What I've read in searching is that if you have quite a bit Ace addons, using SAL will save mroe than just minimal load time..

Since the "Reinstall all AddOns" deletes and reinstalls, I'd have to re-configure all my addons, wouldn't I?

Is there a faq about this external business? I currently have WAU set to whatever the default mode is "WITH Externals" .. if I can save some load time that'd be really nice.. but I have no clue where to start

Was wondering myself, why the frame sizes aren't recorded along with the layout settings ;o

It'd be nice if it imported everything from the layout you have set IMO.. Is there some reason that it doesn't?

Is it that hard for you to adjust sizes for your specific ui layout and resolution?

Because it's really about being hard?

If I see a layout posted on here I like, I'd like to not have to fiddle with the sizes, the fonts, the font sizes, the textures, the colors, etc.. that's quite a bit of tweaking after importing.

How can I resize the "druid mana" bar (which appears when shifted) and reposition the text for it? I don't actually see an option to do that anywhere.

    Quote from DarthWickett »

There is a mod called Personal Sentry that performs similar functions. But honestly, I think ICU was better. PS feels extremely bloated.

Yeah, the person who wrote Personal Sentry essentially took the core of ICU and added it to their massive mod.. I'm sure it's an okay mod, but like you said, it's extremely bloated..

I'm really surprised there haven't been more addons that perform this functionality, it's so fantastic for those with track..

I wonder what the chance of having someone do an Ace2 similar style mod would be?
