    So uh, am i blind, or are you now no-longer able to unlock the party group?


    And I'm not just talking about making it spread across horizontally, as that doesn't work with my layout, but since i used to be able to do it, and now i can't (from what i can see) it's a bit of an annoyance.


    Anywho, can it actually be done, so i can place my party frames wherever i choose individually instead of as a group?

    you can change the text width to determine the width of it; (ie it'll truncate the text if you make it smaller), but i don't think you can actually change it more than that, but then why would you want too? :)

    Yeah, i was getting that too.

    It seems to be an issue with the fact that that the newer versions of MetaMap appear to use a new menu, and, it seems new functions, and the Skinner lua for it hasn't been updated as such.

    A simple little quick fix is to edit your "Interface\AddOns\Skinner\SkinMe\MetaMap.lua" file and comment out the lines 8-12, like so:


    -- self:Hook("MetaMapMenu_OnShow", function(mode)
    -- self.hooks.MetaMapMenu_OnShow(mode)
    -- self:keepRegions(MetaMapMenu, {1}) -- N.B. region 1 is text
    -- self:applySkin(MetaMapMenu)

    (hmm the code tags buggered up..)

    That'll let it skin the MetaMap window fine, but it wont skin the menu, but that's a non-issue, considering the new menu fits in quite okay with skinner anyway.

    yeah, i just removed the load on demand line from it's toc file so it loads always; and it works a treat :)

    I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's tried this or not, but it doesn't actually appear to be loading properly, or some such.


    The addon's definitely listed and enabled in the list, but doesn't appear to be detected by fubar in game.


    Any idea's here? I kinda miss LockFu, and ChatLockFu does the same deal, saves me having to get into the interface options every time i play with chat (which is quite often).


    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    is it just me or can you no-longer get item tooltips in xloot monitor and or group?


    I used to be able to hover over the items and get the tooltip...now i have to click the item in the loot log to check it's information, which is kind of annoying.

    I've noticed there's a MoveableFrames file in the addonskins now; i've tried putting it in the SkinMe folder; with MF enabled; but it doesnt actually seem to skin anything.


    Not sure if others are having the same problem; or if i've missed anything saying it isn't fully functional yet or whatnot.



    Also; will we ever see the battleground scoreboard being skinned?

    I've had the same auto complete name issue as the previous screenie, it's kind of weird :).



    Also, I'm not sure if it's at all possible, but a handy feature, would be if you could disable the darkened "hover" colouring of the chat windows when they're unlocked.

    For example, I've got my chat window, and tabbed behind it is a LFG one, it'd be nice to be able to switch between them without having to have the chat windows unlocked, and have the ugly transparency changes when i mouse over the windows.

    But yeah, not sure if that's possible or not?

    I'm not sure if it's been mentioned already, and I'm far too lazy to go through 16 pages to find out; but the ability to scale the aura's (i.e. buffs/debufs) independent of the actual frame would be awesome.

    If you look at the image below, you can see what I mean, as I've got the target of target resting on top of the target frame, and it'd be nice to be able to make the buffs & debuffs about 1/2 or less the size of what they are currently, so that they don't overlap the target of target, and don't stand out quite so much.


    I also think that the ability to re-size the status icons has been suggested too, but that'd be handy as well :)
