Thank you for your answer. I tried like you said, and also I used shift+click on this spell to put it in the macro interface, then a copy+paste in Pitbull, the result is the same. All the spells work, only spells with ":" bug...

That's OK now :) I update Pitbull with the latest release and it works with French or English language of the spells.

You need to make sure to type the buff name *exactly* as it is in-game (in your locale). Usually there is no space before the ":" in a buff's name, and buffs use title casing (so, for example, "Power Word: Fortitude" rather than "Power word: Fortitude"). The easiest way to make sure you're getting it right is to cast the buff on yourself and then check the tooltip for the exact name.

I use Pitbull on the same model like this. In DT3.0, for missing auras the code is :
     [~HasAura("Power word: Fortitude") ? "F":Color("A9F5A9")]

I use the french client and this code doesn't work. I tried to replace the name of the aura in french (Mot de pouvoir : Robustesse) and I have the same thing. This problems appears with all the auras with " : " in their name.

I also tried to use the translation in Babble-spell3.0 and nothing.

    Any ideas ?
