i like to see the ability to add/change the ouline style.

atm im using a hack for my own use
from current revision @ line 574 i added:
    	local fn, fh, _ = RaidWarningFrame:GetFont()
    	RaidWarningFrame:SetFont(fn, fh, "OUTLINE")

I'm about to add the options to set the font outline. There's no way to make oRA_RaidSay properly set the outline after login/reload tough (without hooking it, which I don't want to do) - so the "set oRA_RaidSay font size" option will be removed!

This means if you're using ImprovedRWF along with oRA_RaidSay the raid warning frame's font might be replaced by oRA_RaidSay after logging in and you'd have to change the font in irwf to have it restored. (After every log in or reload.)

As an alternative you can upgrade to oRA2 (which is in trunk for testing atm)...

I created a raid of two people, one of which was in another zone, and attempted to set that person up as a main tank using the fubar plugin where I type the name in.

You don't type the name in: Target the player to become MT and enter the MT number in the FuBar plugin...

Edit: If you don't want to target the unit you can enter "number name" as well.

I'd like to try writing optional modules to keep track of other's buff timers and cooldowns to add them to rosterlib unit entry (most likely the time the buff/cooldown is going to run out) - if you don't mind :)

    thnx info Ammo.

Are you sure you had an updated NefCount? I don't think it uses metro.

Correct - switched from Metrognome to AceEvent-2.0 scheduled events in revision 7598.

    2. Ability to move the frame.

Another vote for this one. :)

Done, along with an option to view the backdrop... :)

Just commited the German translation - thanks Achaz!

Those first strings without capital letters are just for the console options - it's safe to put Umlaute in there. I think i changed them all of them, as well and made the option strings lower case.

(I'm Austrian btw - just never used the German client... Maybe I'll install it just for localisation though ;))

    Hey there,

noticed yester night, that the addon doesn't work on german systems. So I wanted to offer some help doing the localization for it. But as I haven't coded in Ace before and did only a few dirty hacks on addons I might need a hint if everything underneath "RegisterTranslation" needs to be translated and if not which lines I should definately not change. (Looked at the BigWigs code and saw there a line that shouldnt be changed and some that were not).

    Does this addon require FuBar?

    Achaz

Everything in RegisterTranslation can be translated, I think it should work untranslated on German clients as well though.

FuBar isn't required - but with FuBar2 you'll get a FuBar plugin instead of the minimap button for the config menu.

Seems to be a problem with it default to huge font, even though I've set it to large. Also, if I set it to huge, then back to large, it works, but as soon as I relog the font appears to be set to huge, yet the option on FuBar is actually set to large (have I lost you yet? :p)

oRA_RaidSay seems to be doing it... I think I'll add an option to automatically apply the font size settings to oRA_RaidSay.

Do you have another add-on that might be changing the font size? I'll try to reproduce it tomorrow before raiding ;)

I just added options to enable/disable the name colouring with Teknicolor and to use a custom colour - different from the ChatFrame colour - for raid warning messages. There is a test function now too (/irwf test <message>) because I'm too lazy to call the OnEvent function every time ;)

You can change the colour using Blizzard's default UI: just change the Raid Warning colour in your chat frame.

Grimwald, I've added this option to IRWF, I hope you don't mind.

If teknicolor is installed it will pull the color from there, if it's not it will work same-as-normal. :)

Great! I've been thinking of doing it after tonights raid - which is now... ;) (I haven't been using Teknicolor so far - but I'll grab it along with ModMenuTuFu.)

Should Core print some message when an internal module should be enabled that's not preset - maybe a small reminder to update BigWigs? If not there's no need to separate internal and external modules with the sync enable messages any longer...

As Kyahx said you can change the colour by adjusting it for the default chat frame...

If enough people request it i'll add the options so override the default colour though.
