Hey senpriun, what mod is that there above your player frame showing the duration of your renews?

Ex, that looks like oCD, if it's a cooldown. What font are you using, it looks slimmer than the ones I use...

I'll give that a test (when I get home... sigh, 7 hours to go!). I've been contemplating extracting the externals for some time now, maybe it's time I do it.

I also like Cirk's Chatmanager, it also provides options for enabling scrolling and removing the buttons. I use id's mod for moving the chat frame to the top.

greylock, you can just throw those lines into an addon, yes, just make sure they're in someplace that's only executed once. Probably could put them in one of id's mods, I know I used his minimap one to alter my textures :).

You don't have to have any kind of damage meter.

Agreed. Damage meters do more... *cough* damage than good. They can be useful in tweakin a DPS class's build, but once done, they're hardly needed and cause nothing but trouble in the form of in-guild rivalry. Most of the guilds I've been in were eventually forced to ban them from raids.

When Andreas gets back from vacay, I think he has some potential major improvements for agUF raid frames. Personally, I use PerfectRaid and feel it's aptly named ^^. I highly recommend you try it.

I'll be quite honest, I'm not entirely sure what oRA etc. are needed for these days, most of the old features have been implemented by Blizzard.

That's what I'm thinking ^^. I'll try installing one of those two and see what happens... when I get home. No WoW at work for me! /sob

Yeah, it's loading, I do have load out of date checked ;). It's just dying on load.

Would you mind checking and seeing if another addon is loading Babble-Spell? I know I don't have one, I checked to make sure it wasn't some weird versioning conflict with the library.

I all looks right to me... I haven't a clue why it isn't functoning. I'm going to try it on a clean install when I get home ^^.

I uploaded it for the day, if you can download it from my site ^^.

I'll try a really quick run at it this morning.

Edit: Still giving the same error. I'm perplexed.

Various reloads in a couple places didn't seem to help.

What regions are you guys using? I'm using the US English version of WoW... could that be the problem?

I've tried loading it on it's own with no other mods, same errors. I've checked and made sure all the libraries there are up to date. This problem is totally baffling me!

    D:\Games\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\ScrollingBattleChat\libs\Babble-Spell-2.0\Babble-Spell-2.0.lua

... exists. All I did was extract the .zip into the addons directory.

First thing I checked, because I thought the same as you.

    I have AceAddon-2.0, AceConsole-2.0, AceDB-2.0, AceEvent-2.0, AceLibrary, AceOO-2.0, Babble-Spell-2.0, Compost-2.0, ParserLib-1.1

A quick search confirmed this is the only instance of babble-spell too. ^^

This looks cool, definately a solid replacement for a full blown combat log.

I would think so, just script it to alter it's position on update. Would probably cause some lag, though, I would think ^^.

posted a message on Bag Mods!
Ok, I've gone from being happy with the default UI, to using One Bag, to "losing" One Bag and using Bagnon, and back to considering using something else. zOMG! Having now totally confused myself, what do you all use, and, more importantly, why?

I've been trending to a "reorganized default" UI, where as much as possible uses original elements, so I'm seriously considering using One Bag (now that I've found it again). I've read that many, many people here use Bagnon, and I've wondered why.

Addendum: I've considered using a mod like Mr.Plow. Are these mods completely safe? I worry about mods moving items in my inventory, especially if I'm looting and/or lagging while they're doing it. I can think of a few conditions where an item might get lost! Are these mods foolproof? ^^
