I have gotten a weird thing since I update. My bars are totally transparent. Get a timer, the name and the glow effect on the back of the bar. But no color, haven't changed any settins, tried to change all settings. Nothing happens at all

    What revision is this in?

I got a new error today about not being able to find the listing "Babblespell" keeps chronometer from working completely.

Ye olde missing externals bug - looks to be fixed now.

All of the spell detection stuff I'm pretty much punting on until the expansion hits, since it'll all be rewritten with better events anyways.

These kind of issues will be fixed by the better spellcast events in Burning Crusade. I have absolutely no desire to try and find a better way to do it now when Blizzard's going to do it for me in a month. :)

Any chances for the support of Seduce? It may not be compeltely accurate due to resists but I still found it useful with past enemy cast bars and seeing as Fear is supported I don't see Seduce being that hard to add either.

Yeah, pet spellcasts are on my list... Just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Having a little problem in MC yesterday with my warlock. When I cast DoT on a target, DoT which other warlock can cast (corruption, immolation, ...), my timer disapears four or five second later after casting instead of at the end of their full duration. DoT that I cast for the raid (Curse of Shadow) works well.
I play with a french version of WoW.

Chronometer is receiving messages saying "Corruption has faded from Molten Giant" or whatever you're fighting, and it has no way of knowing if that corruption that just faded was yours or somebody elses. It assumes that your Corrupted faded for some reason and removes the bar.

You might want to turn the "fade" option off (/chron fade), at least while in raids with other warlocks. That will prevent the "blahblah has faded from blahblah" messages from affecting the timer bars. It will mean that sometimes your bar will still be around if your effect really does fade early (gets knocked off by a serpent sting or something), but it will prevent the bars from disappearing before your debuff is actually finished.

You need to put "SpellCache-1.0" back in libs.

Never took it out - looks like that intermittent externals problem that keeps happening. I made another small commit that seems to have fixed it.

Also in the small commit - Banish timers will never be removed by death or effect fade messages. This does mean that your banish timer will keep going if your banish fades early, but I guess that's a small price to pay to prevent banish timers from being removed when banish fades from other targets.

All right - curse of shadow should now be fixed for German clients (for this addon and any other that uses Babble-Spell for spell translations).

I added in configurable bar text with "/chron bar text <Whatever you want shown on the bar>". Putting a $s in the text will show the spell name, and putting $t in the text will show the target name.

I'm using chronometer svn-version 13724 and a german client. All curses are displayed except for Curse of Shadow. No bar for this one.

    Elbereth.

I'm guessing that Babble-Spell has the wrong translation. It currently has "Schattenfluch" for Curse of Shadow. What should it be?

All right, judgements now refresh on successful melee hits. I actually did test this one with my level 8 paladin by running around judging wolves with Crusader and hitting them with a shovel.

As usual, mobs with the same name are indistinguishable, so if you melee one Molten Giant while your Judgement is on another Molten Giant, it will still refresh the judgement timer bar.

I also added a Dewdrop gui config accessible with "/chron config". Knock yourselves out.

All right, I'm going to try to get some stuff done on Chronometer while I'm at work today... We'll see how much I'm able to accomplish before the test lab up here generates a new round of bugs to fix. :)

Yeah, I can try to add the Pally stuff sometime - have been really busy at work the last few days, though. Plus, I hate Paladins. ;)

Do you think it would be possible to add a vertical spacing option? At the moment if I have quite a few bars running it looks a little squashed, and would prefer a small gap between each one.

I was looking for this option as well. A single block of bars can hinder your view, even with alpha set.

This will go in when I get around to putting in custom sorting and whatnot - I'll have to bypass CandyBars's built-in grouping support to do it, so it'll be a bit of a PITA.

Added more colors to the options (including teal, folks). An "ignore" option is on my todo list, but until then you can manually edit the Data\YourClass.lua file and remove the lines with the skills you don't want.

Yeah, I had set the defaults to be the same as CDT, but personally I change the bgalpha to like 0.3.

I'm really not sure what the defaults should be - ideally CDT, Antagonist, and Chronometer would all use the same default values for everything (whatever they end up being), and it would be really nice if we could come up with a way to change the CandyBar styles of all three in unison, with one slash command instead of three.
