I was just going through the pally seal info because i just got Seal of the Martyr, and noticed that the info seems to be off.

You have Seal of the Martyr/Seal of Blood listed as doing ppm which is not correct, the seal goes off everytime you hit, like SoR.

I also believe that Seal of Vengeance/Seal of Corruption is no longer a proc, it should be going off everytime you hit now as well.

Will you be adding support for glyphs in at all?

Btw great job on updating the mod, thanks a lot.

Paladins definitely still need a bunch of work, but I know they were the last to be put in and quite a bit more complicated than the other classes. Let's give Dally and Gagorian a few days heh before complaining too much about the accuracy ;)

I'll take a look at Seal of Corruption.

I was under the impression that all healing coefficients were modified to use 188% of spell power (to make up for the change from +healing/+damage -> spell power).

Can you provide a link to a source for your "100/166% healing" information? It would help greatly.

First post here: http://elitistjerks.com/f31/t28560-paladin_wotlk_talent_trees_abilities_discussion/ summarizes most of the important information. It's also mentioned in http://elitistjerks.com/f31/t35975-holy_paladin_thread_wotlk/ but that thread is mainly concerned with Holy Paladins so includes the effects of talents. The first thread I linked is 232 pages long, and I've read them all... but I couldn't tell you on which page the specific testing was done, heh. Also that post may not have been updated for the latest nerfs in 3.0.3 to seals and judgements, but the healing information is correct.

OK, I don't know if you're ready at all for any Paladin bug reports from people with talents but here's something anyway :P

Using revision 742, I now have numbers and tooltips on most skills, even full talented Prot. Hammer of the Righteous doesn't, but I'm sure you just haven't gotten to it yet.

On with the actual bug: the damage listed on the tooltip for Seal of Corruption is just increasing steadily but slowly as I play. Right now it's up to 973389. That would be pretty nice, but definitely seems to constitute a bug of some sort.

Also, the coefficients for Pally healing spells (untalented) are off, they were increased by more than other class' were after the spellpower change. Flash of Light receives 100% of Spell Power untalented, and Holy Light gets 166%.

Paladins should have base, untalented functionality. If you are talented, then you likely have a talent-based spell (e.g. crusader strike), which may cause an error and break the mod.

I have a mostly working copy of paladin.lua working for talented pallies, but I'm still finishing it up before I upload it. The reason I'm holding it back is because I've learned not to upload partial code - it only leads to problems from unappreciative users.

If you DO happen to be untalented, please let me know, as in that case, the mod should be working.

Ah, OK. Must be Hammer of the Righteous (or Holy Shield, or Blessing of Sanctuary) messing things up then. Well, if you need any numbers or help with Prot Paladins just let me know what I can provide :)

OK, I have updated to revision 740. On my 65 Warrior, 70 Shaman, 70 Priest, and 70 Hunter I see numbers as expected, that appear to at least be in the right ballpark (though I haven't gone through them for total accuracy).

On my 70 Paladin, I get numbers on Holy Shield and Flash of Light buttons. No DrDamage modified tooltips, though, even on those. I had expected, based on an earlier post, that Paladins had had at least a first pass, and I should be seeing tooltips on Flash of Light and Holy Light at the very least?

i have latest ver and it tells me thet my power word shield is 17xx absorbed and when it comes up its only 1476 can u fix this and my holy nova isnt right either can u fix this plz

They haven't done a numbers pass yet for accuracy. Right now they're just trying to get the basics working for each class, and haven't even gotten to Paladins yet. I believe the plan is once it works generally for all classes, they'll go back through and make sure the numbers are more exact.

In any case, in order to help with that, they'd need more information from you: specifically, your total spellpower and your talent spec.

Another update to the warrior file. Fixed talents not working & removed Shield Bash.

As for the error, I talked to gag, and he said that it's most likely in the tooltip code, so that's gonna be something him or dally will have to fix.

Cool, I'll give it a try when I get home later today. My Warrior is only level 63, but I'm taking advantage of the new leveling speed, heh. Will be my fifth 70... so at some point I'll be testing Priest, Hunter, Shaman, and Paladin numbers too ;)

@roth: Are you using the file I uploaded? If so, I'll take a look at it to see if there's an ability getting AP calculated that shouldn't. I don't seem to get any problems on my 41 war, but I also don't have all the abilities yet.

Actually come to think of it, yes, I was using your file. I should have mentioned that to get your attention too, but it slipped my mind!

OK, I'm getting at seemingly random times and for unknown reasons the following error on my 63 Warrior:
Interface\AddOns\DrDamage\Melee.lua: 1430: attempt to concatenate field 'AP' (a nil value)

I haven't looked at the code myself, though I may at some point (I'm a programmer, though not in Lua... doesn't look too hard to learn though). Hope this helps!

Gagorian has made me a co-author on the mainline project.

I don't have access to update the curse.com information, but I can push betas and releases through to curse now. So once we have a beta-worthy version, it'll get packaged and put up on curse.com. So no worries about perpetual SVN stuff unless you really enjoy being on the bleeding edge.

As I do, personally, enjoy being on the bleeding edge... is work going to continue to be done in the cloned repository or should I re-download from the mainline repository now?

Numbers aren't expected to be correct right now. The important thing is that you're even seeing numbers. That's all we care about at this stage. We'll worry about accuracy a bit later when we've got the addon itself working in general.

Just wanted to add a report that I am successfully seeing numbers (using SVN to get the add-on from the clone repository), even on my Paladin (though they're hideously inaccurate for the discussed obvious crazy complicated Paladin reasons).

"It's working" non-bug reports can sometimes be just as useful as others, so I thought I should post, heh.

You can disable the background in Fortress? -.-

I guess I have to redownload it then and test it out. using the command line to open BTs config is a bit annoying...

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Broker2FuBar yet. Just install that and all your LDB-using addons show up on FuBar.
