I've only been involved with CurseForge for 12 hours and I already distrust it.

I create my addon. I get a whole bunch of UI choices with very little description aiding in what kind of repository I should have or why, for example.

I upload my files. The get deleted. I get email saying 'rejected' for each file but the project is approved. I'm not sure what the latter means, but it sounds good.

I package up my files in a zip and reupload it.

For roughly 4 hours it says "Waiting for Project."

Now my Files tab is empty and I have no notification of any kind.

    Let's summarize:
    (1) Terrible user experience to get going quickly.
    (2) Files deleted after upload twice.
    (3) No communication telling me what happened for the second case of #2.
    (4) No idea on how to proceed with getting any value out of the site.

If you want to use a helper library -- Ace for example -- what's the right way to link it into your project on the curseforge side of things?

I don't want an independent copy of the library, I just want to associate it so that the right things happen down the road when I make the addon available to other users.
