    Is it scl, or parserlib. Parserlib was updated with a couple new events within the last 24 hours.

    Why wouldnt you have mcp installed? The wowace files shows an mcp with the name sylvanaar in the file name. No change file, and if you select it, wowaceupdater stops updating items once processing mcp.

    Why is this happening, and cant the wowaceupdater skip the offending addon. Ive seen this with bartender3, now with mcp. Or is this more of an issue with people not handling updates correctly?

    posted a message on Player targets - any ace2 versions?
    Oh well, maybe I can find a non ace alternative. Basically, I want to monitor the number of marks on certain players on the four horseman event. I was hoping for an ace2 player targets, but Ive become pretty attached to ora2.

    I need the ability to make some player targets, back when I used ctraid, it was built in, but I use ora2 now. Are they areny ace/ace2 mods out there that replicate this. All it does is let you show a friendly on your screen all the time. Using ora2/perfect raid I can see the whole raid, but I need to monitor the debuffs on 3 seperate people, for the 4 horseman event.

    Hot utility, but... I ran it in a virtual windows session, one a diff machine, to test it. How can you assure everyone its not malicious. With all the key loggers running around, its doubtful Im going to put an executable written by someone I dont know on my machine.

    Go grab the source code from SourceForge.net, read it carefully and compile it yourself.

    And how does someone who knows nothing about programming check the code to see if its malicious? I will continue to use a script I can understand to do this, allthough it looks like you did a wonderful job on it. I do not understand how so many people will simply download an executable and run it however. Personally, I think the moderators of the forums should discourage posting executables at all. Too many people have gotten their accounts hacked lately, to think that something malicious will not make its way here.

    Read the following topic for the reasons Valcris
    :: http://www.wowace.com/forums/index.php/topic,1980.0.html

    And it's not that bad, you still can download every addon directly after every new commit to the svn
    :: http://svn.wowace.com/files/

    And you can still write a script that downloads every file on http://svn.wowace.com/files/ every few minutes. The real benefit here is that bad behavior like that is now more challenging (and maybe easier to monitor) than checking out the whole repository and constantly updating the entire thing because you don't know any better.

    Actually that approach is less of an issue primarily because a simple download from httpd is a lot cheaper load wise than a checkout/update from an svn server.

    We are having server difficulties, and are waiting on a response back from the host. Keep the commits ready :)

    So wait, this means my method of updating an addon package, utilizing a perl script will continue to work? Woot, I thought you guys were disablign ti and I was sad, lol.

    posted a message on Horde Razorgore strategy, please help.
    Razorgores volley is an awesome idea. Have a warrior (any class really, but warr's have more dmg mitigation) use it, then cancel the MC, and someone else pickup the mc. Now have the person who fired off the volley run like crazy, as all the mobs are on him.

    Lance, your running bigwigs with an older 'ace-locale'. Updating all of your ace2 mods, and their needed externals will likely make it work.

    It needs a way to be click through. Maybe a fubar lock command, or command line lock, that turns off the right click menu, so when I right click or left click it clicks through, and doesnt bring up a menu.
