New to this thread - sorry if this has been answered.

I questing with a KTM user yesterday. I could see his threat in Omen, but he could not see mine. I did have the setting "publish to KTM" set.

As of about 8 to 9 hours ago, there was a new beta version of KTM released which evidently blacklists people it determines to be running Threat-1.0.

So knowing what version of KTM the other person is using now has taken on a new level of importance, and likely will continue to do so for some time. Even if KTM's author decides to revert that particular change.

Edit: Eating some mild crow. Not quite the case, read antiarc's post a bit further down.

Going to stick this here for lack of anywhere better to put it. While in Karazhan tonight I was getting a LOT (27 in total) of errors in bugsack, and they all related to Bigwigs. They're all essentially the same error as well, sometimes trash would trigger it, but usually it was starting a boss encounter that set it off. This was happening with svn's that were being posted on the 23rd of June(as the revision numbers bugsack captures in the attached file will verify)

The core repeating part of the error is this:
Cannot provide the same locale more than once. "enUS" provided twice.
    Ace2\AceLibrary\AceLibrary.lua:100: in function `error'
    AceLocale-2.2-40629 (Ace2):180: in function `RegisterTranslations'

The rest of it varies according to the module involved.

The full listing of 27 errors can be found at:

    *wants spells in tha armory...*

Seethe means something like "to cook"

It can also be used as milder (Enlgish) useage of "rage" where a person seethes at having just been insulted, but hasn't taken any action about it (yet). Wheras if the person rages about it, they just simply go nuts.

So I guess another way to try to describe it in this particuler useage for the english second language types: The state a person is often in immediately prior to their going into a rage.

or just go with useage #3 on m-w.com: To suffer violent internal excitement <seethe with jealousy>

Threat-1.0: Measure gain overheal on the recipient, not on ourselves. Should fix all discrepancies in VT threat! \o/

Uhm, antiarc. Vampiric Touch doesn't heal party members, it restores mana. Vampiric Embrace is the one that heals party members. =)

Though I think the code itself is doing what you intended it to do, your description of the change is likely to confuse some people.
