I am also having an issue where the icons remain on the screen after cooldown is up.

I have had it numerous times through out today and yesterday. Sad I have had no problem until yesterday, I am not sure what changed, but this isn't a long standing issue.

It hasn't been one specific cooldown or icon, no certain amount of times passes before it occers, it just happens randomly. I however, haven't gotten an error message.

Thanks a lot for the otherwise awesome mod!

EDIT: Wanted to clarify that it's all bars: Spell, Item and Expiriring that have been effected by this.

I've had this too. After a short while I have no idea what's on cooldown because I can't see any of my cooldowns. It'll just show things like Fire Blast has 0:00 left and Ice Block has 2:22 left (when it's actually up and ready to use). Cooldowns just seem to not go away or freeze mid cooldown.

Sometimes when my Superior Wizard Oil runs out the bar gets really long and stretchs clear across my screen to the right. This happens sometimes when shamans throw Windfury down. Is this a known bug? I'm not sure what other information you need. This happens to my brother too, he told me.

    wtf is combustion? :D
well, cooldowns are only added after casting/cast finish. so cdb cant recognize that ther is a cooldown until you start/finish a new cast.

    http://www.wowwiki.com/Combustion

Often times this will go on cooldown whilst casting, since it takes a second for fireballs to land. Do you have a level 40-something mage to test this on?

I never seem to see Combustion showing up unless I click the buff off manually. The CD for Combustion doesn't begin till the timeless buff it applies is removed or consumed by three critical strikes.

    Feature request:

I liked the feature where I could click the cooldown button and have it announce the cooldown to a certain channel. I'd also like a "Group" choice where it would automatically send it to the group channel associated with the type of group I'm in (/raid if in a raid, /group if in a group and /say if not). I don't see why you'd need to let a battleground know that your counterspell is on a CD, however.

Item cooldowns aren't working for me. When I hit show anchor it doesn't show up and clicking hide anchor doesn't toggle it back. It just doesn't do anything. Also, I don't see my trinket cooldown anywhere.

    I get this error too:

My idea: A simple minimalistic addon that hides your UI completely when you are selecting where to place your GTAoE circle. What's GTAoE? http://www.wowwiki.com/GTAoE It'd work for all of the spells that use this mechanic and also items, like engineering toys and bomb quest bombs. It'd hide your UI and then unhide it once you've placed your AOE circle and clicked. It wouldn't need any in game configuation beyond perhaps a slash command to disable it, probably.

Hmm... Can you think of a solution that would hide the UI when the selection circle appears and then when you click your selection the UI comes back? I'm thinking maybe adding something to my daily macros and making macros for flamestrike and blizzard that hides the UI. You'd have to hit it twice to toggle it back, though. :(

posted a message on GTAoE UI Hide Addon
I remember watching a mage pvp video a few weeks ago from pre-BC and whenever the mage would hit his blizzard button and the Ground Target Area of Effect (GTAoE) selection circle would appear, his UI would completely hide itself. Was this done with an addon do you think? Is there an addon that currently does this? I'd like one for all GTAoE spells and items (including bombs). It's possible the mage just hid his UI manually with a keybind, but I thought I remember finding a mod that does it automatically. I'm just having trouble figuring out what keywords to search for to find this mod. All the help you can provide is appreciated.

Its because you are trying to parent to frames not created yet, so it doesnt anchor them properly and they end up back in the middle of the screen. I am looking into ways to fix this.

That's what I actually figured. Most of the Party text fields are still anchored to the bars and they're working, though.

Anyway, just wanted to thank you for your work on this mod. I love it. I loved if before but now with horizontal bars and party support, it's awesome. I actually had pitbull installed just for some party bars. I can finally uninstall it. :D
