    posted a message on Compare damage between toons on each boss
    What I'd like to suggest is an addon in form of a Recount- or Skada-plugin, or even a whole new addon. I'm an altoholic, I have 11 toons all LFR'ing in SoO. There is a desire to compare my toons' performance against each other. The addon would be capable of comparing your own DPS/DMG-dealt per boss per character. It could also compare all or chosen toons against each other on each boss.

    The layout could be similar to Recount or Skada (maybe creation as a plugin for those addons is an option), where instead of current players fighting the boss, all your own trys, from the weeks before, would be listed. In the end you could see how well you performed against yourself.

    In a few minimal terms what the addon should do:
    - Record and save your damage dealt and dps for every (LFR) boss you encounter (maybe even as detailed as Recount saves it, split up into damage sources and crit/hit,etc)
    - Be able to compare your own toon against himself, recorded the weeks before
    - possibly exclude LFR wipe buff
    - browsing the recordings while not in LFR would be possible

    I know of WorldofLogs but I think it's too complicated to just quickly comparing your toons performance against each other ingame.

    posted a message on Plugin for skada or recount showing dmg on Nazgrim in def stance
    Hey guys, how hard would it be to create a plugin for Skada or Recount to track the damage dealt (to be more precise: the number of hits) on Nazgrim while his buff def-stance is active? Then make it possible to post the result to the instance group. And would anyone here be capable of creating such an addon?
    It is much needed in LFR ;)

    SetItemButtonTextureVertexColor(ContainerFrame1Item32, 1, 0, 0)

    Now, ive got another question:

    is there a way to get the ContainerFrameID using the bagID and slotID ? unfortunately i cant simply put it together like "ContainerFrame"..bagID.."Item"..slotID

    so is there a way? thanks

    posted a message on Coloring Items in Inventory
    i have written a small addon that would color items in my inventory. i am getting a value (lowest buyout price right now) from the addon AuctionMaster and if it's <10 the color of the item should be red, if it's >10 & <20 the colour would be yellow and if it is >20 the color would be green.

    until now i got the addon to post those lines to the chatframe.

    i can not figure out how to use the functions of my bag addon "bagnon" to color the item slots.

    I'd really appreciate your help, tanks

    code:

    SLASH_COLORAUCTION1, SLASH_COLORAUCTION2 = '/ca', '/colauc';
    local function handler()
      for bagID = 1,4,1 do
        for slotID = 1,32,1 do

          textur,anz,fest,qual,les = GetContainerItemInfo(bagID, slotID)

          if anz ~= nil then

            avgBid, avgBuyout, lowerBid, lowerBuyout, upperBid, upperBuyout, numAuctions, numBuyouts = AucMasGetCurrentAuctionInfo(GetContainerItemLink(bagID, slotID),false,false);

            if lowerBuyout ~= nil then

              if (lowerBuyout < 100000) then
                print("|cffff0000Scannt: "..GetContainerItemLink(bagID, slotID).." @ ".."|cffff0000"..(lowerBuyout/10000).."g");
              elseif (lowerBuyout > 100000) and (lowerBuyout < 199999) then
                print("|cffffff00Scannt: "..GetContainerItemLink(bagID, slotID).." @ ".."|cffffff00"..(lowerBuyout/10000).."g");
              elseif (lowerBuyout > 200000) then
                print("|cff00ff00Scannt: "..GetContainerItemLink(bagID, slotID).." @ ".."|cff00ff00"..(lowerBuyout/10000).."g");
              end
            end

          end
        end
        slotID = 1
      end
    end;
    SlashCmdList["COLORAUCTION"] = handler;
