Also, how do I scale my image like in some of the previous posts?

Why don?t more DEVs use Jira?

I try to report bugs as soon as they appear so it is fresh in my mind how and what happened. But when I go to http://jira.wowace.com the drop down list only has a few Mods to choose from. Why don?t more DEVs use Jira? It would be awesome if every mod on here (that is current) had a drop down on Jira

Why don't more DEVs use Jira? Because after looking around for a while and telling my friend (also a mod dev) to help, we found no way to add our mod.

More devs don't use Jira because It isn't very friendly, not to mention

only thing I have for you right now is that generally only libraries use a version number as part of their title. :P

Oopsies, I'll keep that in mind.

I made Critology because most crit mods don't have a printout in the spells tooltip, and critrecord has been broken for a while.
I will be submitting this mod to wowui and curse after the initial bug-report rush

You can access the options via blizzards add-ons option menu in the default interface menu or you can type /critology to bring it up.

    Critology has the ability to:
-record highest normal damaging-hits/heals with the name of the mob/player on which it happened and the time that it happened
-record highest critical damaging-hits/heals with the name of the mob/player on which it happened and the time that it happened
-view highest hits and or crits in spell tooltips
-view names and time in tooltips
-notify you when you break a record in the default chat frame

    Options menu:

    Tooltip:

Please post any bugs you find with the following information:
-what you did to get the bug
    -a swatter report
    or
-the line number, and a error report

Suggestions for features to add are also welcome!

PS. How do I submit a mod to wowace?

    You can't do

    GameTooltip:HookScript("OnTooltipSetSpell", ........)

directly because there is no script to hook by default. You need to do this instead:

    local myhook = function(tooltip, spellid)
    tooltip:AddLine("MSS was here", 1, 1, 1)
    tooltip:Show()
    end
    if GameTooltip:GetScript("OnTooltipSetSpell") then
    GameTooltip:HookScript("OnTooltipSetSpell", myhook)
    else
    GameTooltip:SetScript("OnTooltipSetSpell", myhook)
    end

Did you know that your my hero?

    Thanks

You don't need to call :Show()

I tried removing it, made no difference. Besides:

AddLine, AddDoubleLine don't call Show, have to call it manually.

posted a message on Simple GameTooltip:AddLine help
    I tried adding something simple:
    GameTooltip:HookScript("OnTooltipSetSpell", function(tooltip, spellid)
    	tooltip:AddLine("MSS was here", 1, 1, 1)
    	tooltip:Show()
    end)

into my :OnEnable() function. I was assuming that it would just add "MSS was here" to the end of every spell tooltip, but It appears to do nothing.

could someone clarify if I'm using this wrong!

I've been searching and searching, but just can't seem to find out how to append some data to the end of a spell toolbar.
The addon I'm writing is using the ace3 library.
I believe I need to use some hooks, but I can't figure out how to use AceHook-3.0 properly, and I can't figure out what functions to hook.

    Help Please.

PS. Sorry if this comes out as a noob question, I just can't seem to find information anywhere.
