Data Options > Aura Times > Enable

... or something like that. You'd then want to make the corresponding display set selectable and maybe mark it as a favorite (depending on how you use your windows).

I had already activated that and all it shows me is the time of day that the buff started, has no information on when it faded.

Assessment does have an Aura Time feature. It's disabled by default. I don't use it, but I believe it simply keeps track of the time between the "You gain X" message and the "X fades from you" message.

That would be perfect... how would I enable it? =/

Assessment gets all its information from the Combat log. It is my understanding that that rules out both of the cases you are asking for. You'd need a different mod that tracked your buffs/auras (not sure if such a mod is available).

    Aww :(

I was just wondering how I might modify the Auras tag such that it would more accurately record the number of times I get an aura.

For example, I have a "chance on spell hit" effect that may proc and I'd like to see how often it procs through assessment. The problem is that the aura has a 10sec duration and has no internal cooldown. If it procs once, and half way through procs again before the first proc wore off, then it does not increment the aura counter.

How might I go about making such a fix?

Another feature that would be even better than the previous one would just be to have the amount of time you had the Aura. Even more narrowed maybe, Amount of time with aura in combat as well as out of combat.
