From the paths it looks like you're running Vista? I finally have a computer with Vista, so I'll try there later :)

Any luck with your testing RAR extraction on Vista? You didn't specify the version you are testing with so I wanted to reiterate that I'm running Vista 64-bit which could potentially result in a different outcome than Vista 32-bit.

As far as I can tell, for an "end user" (as in not a developer), git is just svn with a different command line, so I imagine it to be easy to add - do you have any examples of git-based addons I could test against?

Just a notice for anyone interested: AlarmClockFu 1.1.0 has been released which consists mainly of bug fixes. The snooze feature will be implemented in the near future.

Releases can be found at http://www.curse.com/downloads/details/7098 or http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info8618-FuBar_AlarmClockFu.html

Thanks for the update. I had noticed a few bugs in the 1.1.0 release (i.e. setting alarm values raised some errors and 12pm would appear as 12am on the FuBar display), but wanted to pin them down before I reported them. It looks like you have released another update today. I will try and test it out tonight to see if the bugs have been corrected.

    don't work for me...
after all that problems i think i will try to create my first addon .. :D

You might consider starting your venture into LUA development with something less involved as I suspect a mod like Sorren's has a significant amount of complexity. :)

As an update on this issue, TalentTree/TalentSpec work for the target frame if I target myself or someone in my group. I need to confirm if it works for a raid member not in my group. However, it still shows nothing for members of either faction in Shattrath City, for example, while within 30 yards.

Where do I download the latest version of this? I can't find it on files.wowace.com

I noticed someone suggested WoWUI, but that site has been very flaky as of late. I would recommend downloading from WoWInterface instead as it's much more reliable.

FuBar_TopScoreFu: drycoded 2.4 compat, somebody tell me if this actually works

Very cool... thank you for your efforts in updating it for 2.4. I will test it out tonight.

    posted a message on Recount
Is there a way to disable recount without performing a reload of the UI? I suspect there is, and the option was probably staring me in the face.

In addition, how do filters work? Last night, after I had updated Recount, I started getting tons of errors as a result of the data storage changes. I noticed this while I was in arena so I attempted to disable Recount after my first match. I went to the filter section and unchecked arena (I believe they are all checked by default because I don't recall ever changing any of the filter settings), but Recount continued to capture data and raise errors.

That would be a horrid duplication of code. How much harm will it do to buff any local paladins with might... Not much I think. :)

Duplication of code is one thing, and usability is another. :)

I'm not sure I follow what you mean by buff local paladins with BoM. I suspect this may simply be a scenario where I am not using the mod correctly so please elaborate. However, if this means to buff BoM manually, that would defeat much of the purpose of the self buff functionality (at least in my particular scenario).

Yes, I am aware of this issue echobravo (as I have both HandyNotes and TomTom installed). :)

Edit: Changed to Alt-Right Click. Temporarily added TomTom to OptDep until some small issues in TomTom is fixed.

Awesome... thanks for the change. :)

I just updated to the latest version that adds support for TomTom. Thanks for making these very helpful changes. I am running into a small issue where I have enabled the option in TomTom to add a waypoint to the world map with ctrl+right-click which conflicts with adding a note using Handynotes. Could you please consider rebinding this functionality to another key combination? Perhaps alt+right-click?

Hey guys/gals, there's a working addon which is extremely close to TopScore and it has a FuBar plugin.

    CritLine 5.0 - http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/1229/

I guess soon to be CritLine 5.2 when it gets out of beta stage. So far, from what I have seen while using it with my mage, it works fine. Splash screen, list of top damage scores, and sound on new score. :)

Thanks for the heads up on this alternative. In my limited testing, it seems to be working well.

As a ret paladin, one thing that would make my life a whole lot easier in BGs would be able to configure a blessing as a self buff. For example, if I want to buff myself with BoM and buff all other pallys in the BG with BoK using the automatic buff feature. This way if I die, I can automatically and immediately self buff myself with BoM. So basically, if I have a blessing set in the self buff module, it would override the blessing manager setting for paladins. As as FYI, I run with the single buffs setting in BGs.

Plus it wasn't easy to glance at the numbers on FuBar to see how many friends/guildmates were online, since there was only a single space between them.

Interesting, I haven't remotely had an issue deciphering the friend and guildmate counts as the numbers displayed on FuBar are displayed in different colors that are very distinguishable, orange and green respectively. Perhaps this is an issue if you're colorblind.
