Ohhh, thanks for the tip. I'll try it and see if there are any errors with 3.0.2. :)

I used to use an old version of that but switched to GuildLog when it stopped working after some patch forever ago. Didn't know it was back, must've overlooked it when searching for an alternative on various sites.

Hmm, I'm running into some Java related conflicts with other Java applications since jWU requires Java 6. I have to switch it manually in my Java utility to v6 to use jWU and back to v5 for other apps I have, otherwise they don't even start. I'm using a Mac Pro with 10.5.5.

Could anybody take a quick look at http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/guild-log.aspx and update it for 3.0.2? Or tell me how to fix it myself? I tried to fix it by looking at the Bugsack errors it throws since 3.0.2 and editing accordingly to try to make it work with the API changes but unfortunately without success...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That one doesn't even make any sense...

I know, all I did was replace the AceAddon-2.0 file you edited. It fixed all my Ace2 addons, including Bugsack, so I'm not sure if it was occuring before or not. It probably was, though, but a bastardized binary search couldn't find the culprit either. It keeps popping up on login.

I fixed this like 6 hours ago....

If you can't find it then you don't need to be using any addons in the beta.

    After updating, I got this:

[2008/07/30 01:54:12-2580-x1]: AceDB-2.0-56534 (Ace2):2190: Obsolete library registered. AceDB-2.0 is already registered at version 56534. You are trying to register version 56534. Hint: if not AceLibrary:IsNewVersion("AceDB-2.0", 56534) then return end
    Ace2\AceLibrary\AceLibrary.lua:633: in function `Register'
    AceDB-2.0-56534 (Ace2):2190: in main chunk

Would you happen to know how I can fix this one?

Out of interest, why did you need to reset the bars?

After the update, their position changed and they were on top of my actionbars.

I'd like an option to disable timer bars completely or at least be able to make them invisible. I have mine set to the smallest scale atm because I simply don't need them, all I want it the reminders.

When I try to reset the bars, I also get the Accept/Cancel popup... but in my case, when I click Accept, my whole game crashes and throws one of those errors which I can send to Blizzard.

posted a message on ERROR: Memory allocation error: Block too big. Count: Infinite
I read something on the Mac technical support forum (I have a Mac) about there being an error in Blizzard's code where some addons have calls which could cause a memory leak which would result in errors like this one, as well as Assertion Failed errors. Supposedly a fix is in testing for 2.4.3 but it's not in the patchnotes for some reason.

What I'm pretty sure I'm seeing is that addons are creating garbage that WoW's LUA garbage collection is not able to recover. My overall memory usage climbs throughout the session, but the reported use of individual addons is not. Forced manual garbage collections do not reduce overall memory usage. Eventually, overall usage hits a magic number and I start getting the errors and then a crash.

I've had the same problem for months, for many many WoW patches. Mysterious increase of memory usage that's not connected to any of my addons according to PerformanceFu. It's usually not been a huge problem other than the game getting pretty choppy after around 80MB or so, but a quick Reload UI would fix it.
A few days ago, though, it started to actually throw multiple Bugsack errors and freeze my UI, forcing me to force-quit WoW because it'd just get stuck at the loading screen when trying to Reload UI in this state and throwing an Assertion Failed error. I'm not sure what suddenly caused this but it's gotta be something that happened around 2-3 days ago. Before then it never crashed due to high memory usage, even well above 100MB.

More infos about my particular errors: http://www.wowace.com/forums/index.php?topic=14020

    Any updates regarding this problem?
