    I guess you haven't experienced it, but you get the odd few idiots with /lol spam macros, or something of the sort, often horde to alliance, or vice versa. Maybe it's just on my server. :<

    Here's a typical screenshot of trade chat on my server:



    Is there any way BadBoy_CCleaner could be improved to filter that kind of moronic spam? The latest version filters messages which are identical, as you've stated, but perhaps it could be improved a bit to combat cases such as in the above screenshot. Any ideas?

    I'm new to Lua and the WoW API in general, so I'm posting some code I wrote here in the hope to get some feedback on how to improve.

    What this code is supposed to do is print out to a specified channel the first 3 deaths per combat session with a delay of 2 seconds per person. Now, it works fine, only that I've encountered an issue where, in some cases, overkill is greater than 0 and the player doesn't actually die (due to lag?), but the addon still reports the player as dead. I was thinking of adding a check to only send the message when UNIT_DIED fires, which I'm not entirely sure how to do.

    Any advice on how to improve the code/add a check for UNIT_DIED is appreciated.

    Would it be possible to add the option to "Show if buff has less than N remaining", where N is the number of minutes you wish to be alerted about. Sometimes it's more convenient to rebuff when someone has 5 minutes left on a buff, than it expiring in combat and then being alerted about it. :)

    Edit #2: In order to not waste this post, I'll go ahead and ask something else:

    Would it be possible to add the option to format reported data the same way as specified in the Appearance tab? As it is currently, if I choose Number Format -> Short, only data in the main view is formatted like that - if I go ahead and report it, it's reported in its full format.

    Would it be possible to add an option for toggling Verbose Mode on and off? That is, I like my addons to be minimalistic and to the point. For example, when I enter Ulduar, a message like:

    UlduarAutoPilot: The Colossal Forge.

    ...is more appealing to me than...

    UlduarAutoPilot: The Base Camp teleport will automatically send you to The Colossal Forge. Use Alt-click to override.

    Not a big deal, sure, but then again "it's only a minor convenience, but so be it." :D

    Is it possible to remove the colon for channel join/leave events? It seems as though people are typing "joined channel." and "left channel." as a message, if you see what I mean. Not a big deal, though.
