the box at the top is experience. i've just change it to be slimmer. it was only there like that temp. as i couldn't find a place for the xp to go and look tidy.
as for uploading the UI, no can do :P reason being purely because i could only do it as a widescreen tv res, not even widescreen monitor.
You are however welcome to the textures and the PSD file you can get them here
    http://www.monkey-junkie.com/UI%20Elements/

i didn't zip them up for your own safety of course. I've included the baggins skin if you use baggins, just overwrite the textures in the addon folder but backup because addon update will overwrite them again.

The status bars are health bars etc.. and the cast bar, long one used for the cast bar.

you should be able to put it all together fairly easy if you know how to use eepanels, i also put some darker transparent panels behind the main ones because they were a little too light for the text.

Cycircled_onyx_green was created from scratch by me but based on the great onyx buttons, i just needed better fitting color :D

I don't think there is anything else i need to mention, i'm really sorry i can't do it myself at this point, it just wouldn't work right for you :P

one last thing, if you choose to edit the colors in PS (hue/saturation) you should adjust the yellows not the greens for better results.

the color was originally the same as the box at the top but it was too much so darkened it to what it is now, just that bit doesn't seem to want to change lol.

bottom left is my frame, health and mana only.. pet is on thr right, health and exp atm. top left is my target and top right would be pets target,
party frames are setup the same.
the bottom most bar on the frames is full bar extension which i wanted to use for class coloring to identify classes and keeping the frames looking all the same and neat. Problem is that pitbull for me doesn't show class colors on the bars for npcs and mobs, only players. this a bug or just my issues?

lol world of warcraft is filled will models which, lets face it, look like 3D cartoon characters. they are bright!
but anyways, it doesn't look that bright to me.. try turning down the brightness on your monitor or sitting a bit further back, is not healthy to sit so close :P
i hounestly don't see it as being all that bright but everyones setup is different it's probably just that.. my retinas are safe :D

now i have this new layout which is alot nicer to look at and more spacious.
still need to do a little work on the baggins re-skin, quartz mirror bar isn't skinable which is annoying and well monkey quest looks nice but those damn buttons aren't aligned in the mod.

since the last revision, scrolls section has stopped working for me.. i've deleted section and catagory and tried again but it's like the arguments just aren't recognising the scrolls.. also the ammo isn't stacking anymore.

changing the dpi doesn't change anything.. i re-downloaded r21265 and the
dim image problem is still there.

if you want to keep the radio-buttons for the border types i have an idea
that would work for creating custom borders although it would obviously
    require a little more coding.

lets say the folders are setup like so
    eePanels/textures/borders/<border name>
and in the <border name> folder would be image files named
    topleft.tga
    top.tga
    topright.tga
    left.tga
    right.tga
    bottomleft.tga
    bottom.tga
    bottomright.tga

then in the eePanels menu in game you can have an options below "border texture"
called "add custom border" which would be a dialogue box where you type <border name>
this would add a new radio-button of that name and read the tga files from
folder of that name. the images should only need to be 32x32 so should need to add any
options to change image sizes etc.
    just an idea :D

i love this addon it's fantastic.. combined with necrosis skin that i modded
i came up with the below.

    http://img86.imageshack.us/my.php?image=moohk5.jpg

all you need to know to create custom graphics is that the saved .tga file
needs to be 32bits/pixel and the image dimensions have to be to the power
    of 2, e.g. 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512
although i find that they can be really finecky the smaller the dimensions
and lastly, alpha layer for those transparent areas.

now if anyone knows the answer to this i would be very greatful.
the image below is what my necro skin is supposed to look like but in wow
    it's dull.. is this fixable?
