go to the minecraft modpacks section on curse forge
click start project
go to the twitch desktop app then the mods tab then minecraft
click create custom profilename it and choose the version
right click on it and select open folder
add the mods to that folder
click on the modpack then click the gear select export profile
on curse forge go to your modpack select upload file (it just says file)choose the file that you made it should be called something like "-Name of modpack- -package version-.zip"
select the version you picked then scroll down and select submit file

i have no idea if it works because twitch is broken
