I had some similar issues for a while and never found out 100% why but I quit using macaroon and changed a SATA cable at the same time. I am more inclined to think it was the SATA cable but just in case I am mentioning it. Good luck:)
The way I did it was to read it in through a lua addon file which is in utf-8 format which is generated by a custom php script. In your case this could be exported from the website calendar you already are using. Then you can control the format instead of the user. If I am understanding what you want correctly.
Myrrodin is right it is better to have a master/slave addon setup with the master being run by only 1 member usually the master looter. Also not sure why you need to send so much over the comms channel. The way I do it in my addon I only send the members and dkp for those that are eligible for the current item not all 25. Just to be clear you also only need to send it once through the raid channel (not once for each member) which I assume you aren't doing:)
Yeah I got the same problem yesterday after updating to latest tortoiseSVN version using putty/pageant 0.60. It will give you the disconnected no authorized blah blah message. Upgrading to putty 0.62 fixed the issue.
Wow has nothing to help with chat formatting unfortunately. Your addon would need to have the text formatted for single line output sanely so none of your lines are too long.
Hmm I have never had any problem using SSH with tortoise SVN on win7x64. Make sure you go to user management/repository authorization and enter your generated SSH key. Also make sure you are using the +SSH link to access your repository.
Actually you can decrease the number of bars/width etc by resizing the window. His frame changes are alpha so I am sure he will whip them into shape soon:)
