    Ayreon, hmm that looks correct to me based on what you said. Can you tell me what the combat log says now when Vindication hits a boss?

    Sorry it took you so long to get it working, but glad you did. Just for future reference, if you go to the Profile section of the menu and click reset, it should resolve any saved variable issues you have, at least for that character.

    I've committed a number of fixes last night. Please let me know if you still get the "GetTop" error. The duplicate spell names on active skill should be fixed also.

    Terak, I will look at the display error. You are actually sending anything too it? "/sctdisplay test"
    What do you mean you can't scroll up the font list? As in you have a ton and can't see them all? Its on my list of things to address. As for the config menu...not sure what you are getting act. SCT shows on top of it so there is no issues with seeing it. Would it help to have the old menu screen also?

    silkfire, your misses appear in SCTD and so it uses the colors you set there. Misses set in SCT are for when things miss you.

    MuLepton, my suggestion about the fonts was mainly for short term. I don't know why people like to have tons of fonts installed when they only use 1 or 2, but I'll try and address that issue through the drop down in a future release.

    Sorry gehgold, I have no idea what it can be. Do you have another mod sending things to EavesDrop or something? The errors is basically saying the color value isn't set, but all the color values are set by default. There is no way for them to be nil in the base EavesDrop code, so I'm thinking else is trying to send something to ED. You've been great in giving me info, but until I can find a way to reproduce it, not sure what to do for you.

    You can turn on showing heals at name plates, then it doesn't show the name. Most people want to know who they heal, so its always been that way, but I'll see what I can do as far as an option.

    Can you trying running only EavesDrop and see if you still get it? Are you running embedded or standalone libs? What localization are you in?

    xephonia, when its you healing yourself, it shows you the skill name if you have "Show Healers" option checked. That's some old code I can probably change now that icons are shown also. However, I know as soon as I change it someone else will want it turned back on =) Let me see what I can come up with.

    Lyn, I'll adjust that for next release and make the minimum 8.

    Can you try resetting your profile or reinstalling the mod? Not seeing any other reports of this and I have been in both raids and groups in PvE and PvP without seeing this issue.

    Dromanthis, all you should need to change is remove the search parameter entirely.
    [19] = {display="*1 wears off.", type="FADESELF", r=145/256, g=117/256, b=104/256, anitype=2},

    Daarky, please get latest. I've committed a fix I think will fix that issue.

    ThePhoenix, its using the blizzard inteface options menu, so its not moveable currently. Do you really need that many fonts? =) Only load the the ones you actually use.

    Cryss, definitely check out ControlFreak as an option. There is currently no way at all to filter the combat log events for mods, so I had to make some choices on what custom events there can be. As I move forward I'll look towards adding more.

    Davidson2008, you can get those by just turning on Active Skills in the event options. I'd have to research some how to display them as custom events. Not sure exactly how they show up in the new combat system.

    Can you give me some idea of what was causing it? When it was actually happening in the raid? combat? buffing? etc....Looking at the code that event should only trigger when you kill something. Can you go kill something when not in a raid and see if that works?

    Cryss, after reading your second reply, what you are asking for cannot currently be done by SCT. SCT don't currently check events for any hostile units, only for your target. I'll reconsider that as I begin working on the new menu driven system. The whole custom event system in SCT feels really kludgey to me right now, but it was a "quick and dirty" way for me to get them working with 2.4. I need to step back and take some time to rethink how to best approach it going forward, now that I am not pressed for time =)

    Back to your request, have you checked out the mod called ControlFreak? It does something exactly what you are looking for and even gives a sound warning when CC breaks. I use it on a number of characters for their CC. Let me know in a PM if you have questions about it.

    Occulte, I'm not sure what to tell you. I don't think you have SCT or SCTD installed correctly. Please delete their folders and reinstall them directly from wowinterface or the zip file from here. There would be a lot more people complaining about this issue if it was something inherit to the mods =)

    domil, yes they are both working. Please totally delete their folders and reinstall them as if they are not showing up in the addons menu, you don't have them installed correctly.

    Pirsillis, hmm haven't seen that one. For now, uncheck the "Skill Name" option and see if that fixes it, and I will look into what its doing.

    Cryss, I know the event config now is confusing and I am about to begin actively working on a GUI menu for it (its first on my list after the 2.4 rush dies down). You can no longer search the combat log looking for "messages", you have to base it off of parameters returned by the combat log system now. In your case, I think this is what you want:

    [19] = {display="Sheep Broke!", type="FADETARGET", search="Polymorph", r=238/256, g=18/256, b=137/256, iscrit=1, icon=1, class={"Mage"}},

    The type has to be FADETARGET to tell SCT to search for buff/debuffs fading, and the search has to just be Polymorph, the name of the spell you are care about. Let me know if that works out for you.

    Daarky, if I am following you correctly, you want an event that shows anytime a spell/ability crits, but not when something like a melee swing (white damage) crits? I think in that case you would actually need two events for the new system. One that filters out melee crits and then one that catches special crits. Something like this may work:

    [19] = {display="", type="DAMAGETARGET", search=ACTION_SWING, critical=1, selfonly=1, r=256/256, g=256/256, b=0/256},
    [20] = {display="*1: *4", type="DAMAGETARGET", critical=1, iscrit=1, selfonly=1, r=190/256, g=190/256, b=190/256},

    Solon, you have to install SCTD to see your damage. I plan on integrating them in the near future, but for now you need both. SCT is not affectd by anything you do with the combat log.
