    I love your blip textures, Nandini. I just wish they were two thirds their size.

    So essentially, when using Bartender as a warrior we lose the use of the extra bar/bars? ???

    No. Just don't use the bars that are reserved for your different stances.

    You could always run a search and replace for "Outgoing" and "Incoming" on your SavedVariables file for Parrot.

    <WoW>\WTF\Account\<Your Account>\SavedVariables\Parrot.lua

    Remember, make a backup first.

    If you don't have a program that will let you do multiline search and replace you can still get away with using Notepad. You'll just have to do three search and replaces instead of one.

    For example:
    Search: "Incoming",
    Replace: "NewIncoming",

    Search: "Outgoing",
    Replace: "Incoming",

    Search: "NewIncoming",
    Replace: "Outgoing",

    Quote from Adirelle
    Once Inquest resizing is disabled, the tracker works like any Blizzard default resizable frames (e.g. chat frames). Actually, as Cremor said, Inquest adds new features to the default tracker, but all the basic features are still there. You could try to disable Inquest to see how the default tracker works, then enable Inquest again to see what it adds.

    I tried it with the automatic resizing disabled. It is still aligning the tracked items to the left side of the tracking frame instead of the right side like it does in the default implementation. An option disabling/enabling this behavior would be nice.

    Also, a text outline option for the tracker's font would surely make things easier to read over the background of the game.

    First I'd like to say that I enjoy your addon immensely. It's one of my core addons. With the new patch I can't seem to figure out how to show the new totem bar. Is it not in this version of bt or am I missing something?

    If you have the newest version, it should be enabled by default. Type /bar to bring up the configuration window and you should see the options for it along with the rest of the bars.

    This is all I could find.
    Blizzard_CombatLog.lua
    elseif ( event == "SPELL_HEAL" or event == "SPELL_BUILDING_HEAL") then
    -- Did the heal crit?
    amount, overhealing, absorbed, critical = select(4, ...);
    absorbed is a new parameter to the COMBAT_LOG_EVENT for these heals. Not quite sure why it was placed before critical, but it's good to take note

    elseif ( event == "SPELL_PERIODIC_HEAL" ) then
    -- Did the heal crit?
    amount, overhealing, absorbed, critical = select(4, ...);
    this heal too

    elseif ( messageType == "HEAL_ABSORB" or messageType == "PERIODIC_HEAL_ABSORB") then
    ...
    elseif ( messageType == "HEAL_CRIT_ABSORB" ) then
    New COMBAT_LOG_EVENT subevents: HEAL_ABSORB, PERIODIC_HEAL_ABSORB, HEAL_CRIT_ABSORB

    I tried this addon out and I like it a lot, but I can't use it. It doesn't align the tracking window's contents all the way to the right like Blizzard's implementation does. If an achievement or quest has a long title or objective name, it expands out into the middle of my screen.

    posted a message on LF old Readycheck addon
    Well, I guess then you didnt raid in the early days of 40 man Molten Core groups.

    Actually, I did.
    The only thing the addon I'm talking about did was to announce a readycheck in the raid channel. Something along the lines "Readycheck: You have x seconds to type +.", then catch the answers and match them against the members of your raid and finally announce who didnt respond.

    The only addon I can think of that might have had this functionality back in the Molten Core days was CT_RaidAssist. Even then, I would imagine that it would have been the precursor to the pop-up yes/no dialog box that was eventually implemented in the addon.
    If you ask "Who's not ready?" No one will respond. Because people who are afk or distracted wont respond. If you ask "Who's ready?" You have at least 20 people trying to respond at the same time. Same goes for whispering people ingame. Good luck with handling that.

    Are we playing a different game? This is exactly why Blizzard borrowed the ready-check functionality that addons like CT_RaidAssist offered! Have you ever even used it? It prompts everyone for a yes/no regarding their readiness and then gives you summary of who was not ready after it's done. What more do you need from it?
    Even if you can persuade, let's say, 24 randoms to join your teamspeak, how would you tell if someone is ready or not?

    If you can't convince these people to use voice communication software, imagine how well your idea for a 'new and improved' ready-check methodology will go over with them. ;)

    I would have to agree. As a raid leader, how many variations of "Yes, I am ready" could you possibly want to read? If they aren't ready, giving you an explanation as to why they aren't ready will probably only make them take longer to be ready.

    If you absolutely have to find out why aren't ready, a simple shout-out pertaining to their status on Ventrilo or an in-game whisper should do the trick.

    Does anyone else using the HandyNotes map icons have the problem where the icons are huge on your minimap unless you open the HandyNotes configuration menu and change the scale up or down? Even if I just click on the box that defaults to '1' for the scale of the minimap icons and hit enter, they instantly shrink back down to the correct size.

    I've experienced this using SimpleMinimap, BasicMinimap, and Chinchilla. I'm currently using BasicMinimap.

    Quote from Xinhuan
    It is probably a HandyNotes issue, and while I acknowledge that this issue exists, I currently do not have the time to go hunt for the cause.

    Any news on this? Is there a way I can automatically force the Minimap Icon Scale to "1" after everything is loaded?
